1. Acceptance of Terms

The Company will investigate all formal complaints and provide a written response within fifteen (15) business days. If you are not satisfied with the Company's resolution, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or pursue other legal remedies available under Philippine law.

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any Disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon receiving your closure request, the Company will process any pending withdrawals and close your account within seven (7) business days. You are responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance before requesting account closure. The Company is not liable for funds left in closed accounts.

12.2 Company Right to Suspend or Terminate
